DARTS: Grantham ladies suffer narrow defeat in Lincs Super League

Grantham’s ladies put in their best performance of the season so far.

After going 2-0 down in the doubles, Angie Emms won her singles match 3-0 and Maxine Skellett triumphed 3-1 to square the match at 2-2.

Marie Jones took her singles to five legs, putting in her best performance against county player Julie Lambie, but after winning the first two legs she slipped to a 3-2 defeat.

Kat Rowe upped her game and triumphed 3-0 in her singles match, registering the highest Grantham player average score on the way.
