DARTS: Rose & Crown triumph in Belvoir League final

The final of the Vale of Belvoir League Team Singles Knockout Cup was held at Bottesford Bowls Club on Friday night.

Two of the league’s top teams clashed in a very tense game, with the Royal Horseshoes, Waltham, taking on the Rose and Crown, Hose.

And the tension may have got to some players, with some struggling to hit their doubles, but overall the standard of play was very high.

The Rose and Crown finally ran out winners by five games to three, with A. Kearney from the winning team the only player to throw a 180.
