DARTS: You can’t beat a bit of Bull Inn

A duo from Bottesford’s Bull Inn triumphed in the Vale of Belvoir League’s Pairs Competition at Woolsthorpe Social Club on Friday.

The club was packed to the rafters with supporters cheering on their team’s players, which created a really great atmosphere.

Emerging victorious were the Bull Inn’s P. Bridges and Jake Hutchinson who played consistently good darts all night and were worthy winners.

Runners-up were Scott Pacey and Anthony Ablewhite, from Woolsthorpe Social Club A, who also played well but were just pipped at the post.

l Memorial Cup draw, first round (to be played on April 3): WSC C v Bull Inn A, Bowls Club v Nags Head.
