There will be a collection for Grantham Foodbank at the Gingerbreads’ home game against Marine on Saturday.

The Grantham Foodbank was launched in July 2011, under the auspices of Churches Together in Grantham and District, to provide emergency food help to local people in crisis.

Since then, they have supported almost 7,000 clients, providing approximately 63,000 meals to those local people when they have needed it most.

Ever supporter attending the match is encouraged to bring at least one item of non-perishable goods that, gathered together, would really help make a difference to people in the Grantham community.
