Barrowby Junior FC celebrated the achievements of their under-7 to under-15 teams during the 2012/13 season with an awards presentation evening.

As well as individual accolades for participation, individual awards for each team were given to recognise man of the match, player of the season, manager’s merit, sportsmanship and most improved player.

Barrowby also recognised the under-11s team for achieving the highest fair play score in the club. Under-10s managers Paul Macleod and Steve Harper had a very problematic season but ensured that the boys came back week after week and had fun each and every time. One player, Ben, endured a difficult season for personal reasons and received the Neil Dawson Self Achievement Award.

The evening was made all the more memorable by the appearance of three Lincoln City players – Alan Power, Jake Sheridan and Connor Robinson who presented all the trophies.
