Grantham Town FC held an evening with former professional striker Dean Windass as star guest at The Gingerbread on Friday.

The event was a great success and raised always welcome funds for the club.

Following a three-course meal, Windass entertained the packed out venue with stories of his varied career, and also spoke of his experience with depression.

The evening was sponsored by Newton Fallowell and also supported by many of the Gingerbreads’ sponsors – Duncan & Toplis, Gusto Group, Yesss Electrical, McGarvey Ltd and Cardinal Bookkeeping.
