GOLF: Ropsley crowned Grantham schools champions

Ropsley Primary School were crowned Grantham schools champions at the Year 3/4 Tri-Golf Festival which took place at Belton Woods last Thursday.

Huntingtower Community Primary Academy won the Tri-Golf (Inclusive) competition.

The festival allowed more than 90 young people from nine schools in the Grantham area to compete in a series of eight putting and chipping challenges, using Tri Golf equipment, with the winners crowned champions of Grantham.

The winning schools will go on to compete in the Sainsbury’s School Games County finals at The Meres next month.
