Grantham Town shared the points with Rushall at The Meres on Saturday and are still yet to register a win this season.

The Gingerbreads went in front on 24 minutes when Lee Beeson scored from a 25-yard free kick.

But the visitors took just three minutes to restore parity through a Luke Benbow goal.

It remained all square at half time, although it could have been a different story had it not been for Town keeper Jake Turner’s penalty save, and of the subsequent rebound.

Grantham went behind six minutes into the second half with Kris Taylor’s scoring finish from a long free kick.

However, with his third successive goal in three games, Lee Ndlovu headed home an equaliser in the 67th minute to ensure a point for the Gingerbreads.

Grantham Town: Turner, Meadows, Storey, Gorman, Humble, Hollingsworth, Beeson, Emmott, Ndlovu, Saunders, Read. Subs: Lewis, Kirby, Bilyk, Shaw.

Att: 170.
