It was a good weekend for Grantham bowlers with a team making it through to the EBF Rinks Final.
The team, comprising Nigel Smith, Jason Lewis and Mark Eurich, triumphed at Lincoln to take themselves to the nationals which will be held in Newark next month.
Back at home, Grantham and District Indoor Bowls Club’s annual Victor Wood Trophy saw 36 entrants contest the competition.

Joint runners-up were the teams comprising Linda Appleyard, Allan Palmer and Tony Asher, and John Morris, Judy Morris and Ian White.
