Grantham Running Club has donated £1,000 to Kesteven RiDeAbility following a record breaking turnout at this year’s Grantham Cup.

The money was taken from the entry fees at the event held annually as part of Belton Horse Trials.

This year’s Grantham Cup race director Andrew MacAllister handed over the cheque at the riding school.

He said: “The presentation went very well and the work they do there really makes a difference to disadvantaged children, adults and also their carers. You could tell that the money would be put to good use.”
