Grantham martial artist Daniel Pearce has branched out into personal training and is offering people an exciting new way of getting fit and healthy with his specially designed sessions.
With a background in the Korean art of Tae Kwon-do, and many years of experience in competition at international level, Daniel is now sharing his tips for success.
He says he has taken all the best aspects of martial arts training and combined it with energetic exercise routines to create an explosive aerobic workout with a real kick.
