A MOTHER-OF-THREE, whose company worked on the extension and refurbishment of Grantham Hospice, is doing a skydive next weekend to raise money for them and the Alzheimers Society.
It will be the first skydive Zoe Summerfield, who is business development manager for The Gelder Group, has done.
Zoe, 44, is very nervous about the jump at Langar on Saturday. She said: “I will be jumping from a plane flying at least 10,000 feet in the air, harnessed to a professional freefall parachute instructor, freefalling down to 5,000 feet at over 120mph for about 60 seconds, then hopefully a parachute descent from a mile up in the air for six or seven minutes.”
