The team made the jump to regional level for the first time this year and have won five out of five matches to win promotion with one match remaining.

The team faced Northampton at home on Sunday with the consistent team of Andrew Isaac, Richard Surtees, Richard Cragg and Jon Cummins present again.

Overall, the team won three singles and one doubles match to gain the well-deserved 8-4 overall victory.

The boys’ U12 A team played away this weekend to a strong Burton Waters side.

The Grantham team consisted of James Peace, Jamie Wallace, Joshua Eyles and Jack Davis.

The boys played some fantastic tennis and managed to win 5-1 overall.

The men’s Second team travelled to Rustons this weekend.

The Grantham side consisted of Rob Start, Joe Patton, Alistair Le Bas and Paul White.

The men played some great tennis with many matches close, but Rustons managed to get an 8-4 win.

The girls’ U12s’ final match of the season was against David Lloyd Burton Waters.

Isabella Chapman, Martha Patton, Eve Kimberley and Freya Warren won 12-0.

This win means the girls are champions of Lincolnshire in Aegon Tennis.

The 14U girls played this weekend against a strong Boston team.

Maria Morris, Daniella Hampson, Isabella Chapman and Martha Patton were the girls.

After the singles and doubles match had been played, the scores were level.

It then went to a doubles match shootout, where the Boston side scraped a narrow victory.

Lincolnshire’s ladies travelled to Edgbaston Priory this weekend, with Mia Dunn, Lianne Tapson, Jane Hunter and Sarah Patton in the team.

They came up against the top national juniors in the country and lost 12-0.
