MOTOR RACING: Autograss begins at Hougham

The new autograss season starts at Grange Farm, Hougham, on Sunday.

Trent Autograss Club’s first meeting of the year begins at 11am and goes on till around 4-5pm. Racing spans everything from Class One Minis all the way up to V8- and Hayabusa-engined Specials.

Race meetings are generally held once a month through to October, with a two-day event scheduled for September. Refreshments will be available at all races.

Admission for spectators is £6 for adults, £3 for concessions, with under-12s free.
