Following another good summer, Grantham Table Tennis League held its annual meeting.

At a well attended meeting, new chairman Mike Tedbury and secretary Simon Mableson explained that a lack of teams wanting to play this season may force the committee to have two divisions instead of the usual three. It is not an ideal format but to maintain three divisions at least two more team would be needed.

The committee would like to hear from any probable new teams wishing to join and remind them that they do not need a venue as tables are available Monday nights at Grantham’s table tennis centre.

Interested teams can visit the centre any Monday and speak with Mike, Simon or other officials.

The new season will start at the beginning of October.
