TABLE TENNIS: Grantham teams finish on a high in National Cadet League

LEARN MOREFour Cliffedale Chandlers Cadet teams competed in the fourth day of competition of the National Cadet League in Wellingborough.
The teams played in three divisions with Chandlers A finding success in Division Two, finishing second by way of countback by two points from home team Westfield A,
Not far behind them, also in Division Two, Chandlers B finished fifth after holding Chandlers A to a 5-5 draw in the first tie of the day. They had previously lost 9-1 on day three.
Meanwhile in Division Three, Chandlers C finished a very creditable third, with all the players competing in their first season at NCL, and with three of the four under the age of 10,
In Division Four, Chandlers D also finished third with some fine performances over the four days of intense competition.
