It is very appropriate that Rebecca Sharpe and Laura Harrop from photo shop Max Spielmann have their own caricature, given that they often help Terry Shelbourne develop the photos for his work.
The ladies along with manager Lee Salvin provide customers with photo prints of all kinds and sizes, family portraits and passport photos.
Rebecca, aged 29, has worked at the Isaac Newton store for three-and-a-half years and lives in Ingoldsby with her two-year-old son Joshua.
Laura is 22 and lives with her mum, brother and sister in Grantham.
As well as being colleagues they enjoy meeting up for meals outside work.
Rebecca says the best aspect of the job is that many of their customers are also friends.
The store is open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and in the run up to Christmas will also be opening from 10am to 4pm on Sundays due to the extra demand for family portraits.
