Big Band Night kicks off Grantham Carnival weekend

Big band sounds got Grantham Carnival off to a rousing start last night.

Big Band Night in Wyndham Park featured Grantham Rhythm and Blues Orchestra (GRAB) and Undiscovered, with support by the Carousel Roadshow.

The musical fun continues tonight in Wyndham Park with Party in the Park from 7.30pm. On the bill are The Commitment Brothers and Ruff ‘n’ Ready supported by The Carousel Roadshow. Tickets are £5 and available from Grantham Computer Centre in Guildhall Street.

Don’t miss the Carnival Parade today. It leaves the Market Place at noon and will make its way down the High Street. A fun fair, stalls and entertainment will continue in Wyndham Park today and tomorrow.
