Famous comedian Bill Bailey will be coming to Grantham later on this year to perform his latest show called Limboland.

Bath-born Bill will be performing his new show on November 27 at the Meres Leisure Centre. He is not only famous for his incredibly funny stand-up performances but also for appearances on TV shows such as ‘Nevermind the Buzzcocks’, ‘Have I got news for you’ and ‘QI’.

His new show ‘Limboland’ recounts several of his foreign trips, most notably his hilarious saga of a family trip to Norway to see the Northern Lights.

Named by the Observer as one of the 50 funniest acts in British comedy in 2003, 2007 and again in 2010. Bailey was also voted the seventh greatest stand-up comic in Channel 4’s 100 greatest stand-ups.

The show will be performed at the Meres Leisure Centre, starting at 8pm. Tickets cost £25 with a £1 booking fee. Tickets are available from the St Peter’s Hill box office in the Guildhall on 01476 406158 or on line at www.guildhallartscentre.com
