A comedian, actor, writer and ....juggler will headline the Funhouse Comedy Club at the Atrium in Grantham on Thursday, March 26.

Steve Royle spent many years as the court jester at Camelot theme park and has supported Peter Kay and Dave Spikey on tour. His TV appearances include ’Phoenix Nights’ and ‘Max & Paddy’.

Co-headlining will be Mitch Benn, a regular writer and performer on radio and TV, including BBC Radio 4’s “Mitch Benn’s Crimes Against Music” and “The Mitch Benn Music Show” on BBC Radio 7. His songs are well crafted and funny. A self-confessed sceptic, his material is clever and thought provking.

Completing the line-up will be the unique improviser Russell Hicks, with his sharp wit and pessimism. Plus musician, comedian, director, writer and performer James Veitch, who has his audiences in fits of laughter with a wicked sense of humour.

Compere for the night is the chatty and lively Spiky Mike.

Tickets are £9 in advance. Doors open at 7.45pm and the show starts at 8.15pm.
