Former King’s School boys will perform as part of a trio for the Grantham Music Club in the impressive surroundings of St Wulfram’s Church.

A Baroque Portrait will perform in the church on Wednesday night (February 17). The group is made up of Jo Beech (organ), an ex-King’s boy who is now studying at the Royal Academy of Music and ex-King’s student Jake Muffett (baritone), who is a Monteverdi Choir Apprentice. They are joined by Samuel Pierce on trumpet who is also studying at the Royal Academy.

The concert starts at 7.30pm. Concerts are open to non-members and tickets cost £12 (£10 concessions, students free). Tickets can be bought on the door or from the Guildhall Arts Centre box office (Tel: 01476 406158).
