The Mid-Lent Fair returns to Grantham next month with rides and attractions for all the family.

The fair runs from Sunday, March 22, through to Wednesday, March 25, on Westgate.

The opening ceremony by the Mayor of Grantham will take place at 2pm on the opening day at the Dodgems in the Market Place.

Look out for golden ticket competitions in the Journal which allow a child and friend or parent/guardian to ride a day for free. There will also be money-off vouchers at the district council offices in Grantham.

Road closures for the fair in Grantham start at 5pm on Saturday, March 21, at Wide Westgate, Narrow Westgate, Welby Street, Guildhall Street (part of), Butcher’s Row, Conduit Lane (including car park) and Union Street. All roads will reopen on Thursday, March 26.
