Grantham Music Club to host baroque group in St Wulfram’s Church

A baroque ensemble will perform at the next Grantham Music Club event.

The concert will take place on Wednesday (December 3) in St Wulfram’s Church and feature Musica Donum Dei.

These professional performers play baroque instruments and boast an extensive repertoire which includes instrumental and vocal music from the early 17th century through to the mid-18th century.

Musica Donum Dei will perform their programme of Baroque music for Christmas with a chamber ensemble of seven players including a baritone vocalist.

Music Club members saw them accompanying a recent concert given by Grantham Choral Society.

Based in Nottingham, the group are well known locally.

Tickets for non-members cost £12/£10 and school age concert-goers are admitted free. Tickets are available from the box office at the Guildhall in Grantham or you can go to or call 01476 406158 to book.
