Punk rock fans are in for a double treat at Stamford’s Voodoo Lounge music venue next month – with two giants of the genre taking to the stage.

The first gig at the cellar-based venue in Mama Liz’s bar, North Street, is the return of Beki Bondage’s Vice Squad on Friday, March 10.

The Bristol-born frontwoman’s band split in 1983 but reformed in 1998 after Beki’s forays with Ligotage and Beki and The Bombshells.

Support band on the night will be Stamford’s March To The Grave.

Tickets are £10 in advance or £13 on the door.

And there will be more retro-punk at the end of the month with the first appearance at the Voodoo Lounge of TV Smith, former frontman of orginal legendary 1970s punk outfit The Adverts.

Support acts are Under A Banner and I Got Spiders.

Tickets are £7 in advance or £9 on the door.
