Funhouse Comedy Club returns to the Atrium on Thursday, January 30, for another night of laughter at the Grantham venue.

Headlining the night is the charming comedian, actor and writer Alistair Barrie.

Travelling all over the world to perform, he has appeared at the world’s highest gig on a mountain in France and on a boat in the middle of the North Sea. With a riotously acerbic and funny diatribe he persuades his audience to be part of his world, leaving them wanting for more.

Opening will be Gary Delaney who is a regular guest on TV’s ‘Mock The Week’ and also a writer for TV, radio and other comedians. He was the only stand-up to have two of his jokes named in the top ten gags at 2010’s Edinburgh Fringe. Well known for his taut one-liners, Delaney is very much in demand on the comedy circuit. The large quantity of quick-fire gags leaves his audiences struggling to remember them all.

Completing the line-up is Pierce Brosnan look-a-like Guy Manners with his upbeat anecdotes, and the engaging Matt Ewins with his carefully timed punch lines and his humorous tales.

Compere for the night is the energetic Spiky Mike.

Tickets are £8 in advance. Doors open at 8pm for an 8.30pm start
